Throughout this day it is important to soften your pace and breathe. There are many people around you walking too intently, walking too fast and stirring up energy, looking like an old time Charlie Chaplin Silent movie…except there is no silence and the energy does not serve you. Soften your pace and Breathe.

Thank you Alan!!!! Living here on Ella St. In SLO we have the JENNIFER St. bridge that connects to downtown. So many joggers, bikes….my migraines keep me at a very soft pace & those people out there “whirling” around…do not serve me well at all!!!! I am glad to now let go of the guilt they send my way!!!!!
