Say Yes . . .

Say yes to balance.

Say yes to space.

Say yes to quieting your mind.

Say yes to listening to your heart.

Say yes to softness.

Say yes to open doors and embracing infinite possibilities.

Say yes to health.

Saying yes implies you believe at a heart level, which is infinitely stronger than believing at a mind level.

Say yes to life.

Saying yes does not mean that challenges will disappear, however saying yes allows you to see through the challenges with strength and clarity, ultimately leading to peace.

Eat Desert First . . .

Break the patterns your mind and ego demand of you.

Eat desert first and then eat breakfast.

State the answer first and then ask the question.

Say no when your heart tells you that something will not serve you.

Be creative and break the patterns that keep you small and trapped.

The Stories You Tell . . .

Do not listen to or accept stories of limitation told by others.  The only limitations are those you believe to be true and we must remind you, they are only stories you tell yourself.

Do not repeat stories of limitation told by others.  It is not your job to pass the stories on.  Do not play the game “Pass the Story”.  This is a game that some adults want to play.

Play only children’s games that are born in love and have no boundaries. Nourish yourself by telling “love of life stories”.  This is how you grow and impact those around you.

Embrace, Think, See and Be . . .

Embrace the uncertainty of tomorrow and the security you seek will unfold.

Think like others are unwilling to think and the doors will open.

See like others are unwilling to see and the doors will open.

Be like others are unwilling to be and the doors will open.

Your View . . .

When the world is viewed as perfect, of course it is. When your life is viewed as unhappy, of course it is.

All these views are taking place at the same time from the same vantage point. The difference between them is simply the view you choose to believe.

Look Out Toward The Horizon . . .

When you look out toward the horizon there is a vast panorama of possibilities before you. Continue to look to the horizon, understanding that as you are looking   you are not seeing everything that is there. In fact, more is unseen than is being perceived by your eyes. Do not judge the horizon by what you think is missing and what you do not see.

To see the unseen, you must see with your heart. As you do so much more will be revealed to your eyes. And most importantly, much more will unfold and come into your experience.

Yes, do not judge the horizon or anything else by what you may see only with your eyes.

You Can’t See The Wind . . .

You can’t see the wind, but you know it is there. It exists. You can’t see it with your eyes, but you feel it. You experience it. At times you can see its impact by the movement of the leaves in the tress, but still you cannot actually see the wind.

Much of life is that way. You must feel it and experience its impact…. not only observe it with your eyes to know that it is real.

Times of Transition . . .

People are reinventing themselves during these times of transition and change. This is why differing types of “glasses” must be utilized in the viewing.

Clarity comes from not having a fixed rigid perspective.  Instead, embrace one that flows easily like water going down and through the mountain valleys. Water, as you know, is soft and powerful. Be like water this day. Flow softly with power.

Happy Thanksgiving . . .

Happy Thanksgiving . . .

As the name implies this is a time to be thankful. But then in reality, every day is a day for Thanksgiving. The reason this sometimes seems to be more of a challenge is due to the tendency to label and judge things as good or bad . . . but you already knew that, didn’t you?

This day softly give thanks for you, the wonderfully creative, talented, and generous you. Give thanks because we do. Take time this day to quietly celebrate the magnificence you are.

Breathe in the love that others have for you, knowing at times it is an unspoken love, but love none the less. Take in each breath with thanksgiving, for in reality this day is for you.

All is well . . . all is very well.
